Mesh artifacts with shading

is there a technical way to get rid of surfacing shading artifacts on meshes ?
(without using ‘Flat Shading’ option)

not sure if that’s what it is, but looks like the mesh vertices are all welded - that may cause weird shading effect. Try _Unweld command, with either 0 or, say, 10?
You can try 0, and then _Weld command with 25-35 tolerance…
