What do I have to do to change the menu bar capabilities?

New UI: too much padding now and heavy handed expand arrows

since i guess this concept isn’t in everyones’ consciousness yet it seems maybe seeing is believing, notice ( menu bar ): hb we make the menu bar movable and resize able … imagine how much shorter together all them mouse movements could be … not to mention less deadspace …

You can run the Menus command to open the Menu Editor window to customize the mainmenus.

That’s cool stuff, but my main focus is about moving the menu and resizing it. My dream is to figure out how to do that.

Also in the future, I think it would be awesome if when you make a menu selection, the menu will stay open to allow the user to make other selections.

These are common Windows characteristics that have always been an issue imo.
