Maxtree FBX assets: texture mapping fails

I am evaluating Maxtree’s free sample assets Plant Models Vol 60:

  1. I downloaded and extracted the FBX assets and maps: MT_PM_V060_FBX.7z, MT_PM_V060_Maps.7z

  2. I opened in Rhino: MT_PM_V60_Alnus_cremastogyne_01.fbx

  3. I created a physically based material Leaf from the maps *Alnus*Leaf*:

What am I missing?

I have the same asset library and importing into Rhino 8 went smoothly.

Version 8 on Windows and the same assets and file types?

I import as described above, and it just doesn’t work. I first had the issue with an asset that I purchased. The dimensions of the trees I import are correct.

Found it: Changing Texture mapping from Real world size to Surface mapping does the trick!

I realize, glossiness and translucency are not assigned. I faintly remember that there are different standards for PBR.
