I am trying to open a 37.6GB (on disk) OBJ file. I can only imagine how large it is in memory.
I only have 64GB of physical ram, so that may be causing an issue, but when I open in Rhino 7 it crunches for a few minutes and then opens in rhino as an empty file.
I have a system managed page file and it’s not becoming gigantic, so I don’t think I’m running out of memory, and rhino is not giving an error.
Any recommendations on where to start? I know this is ludacris, but it’s not up to me…
