I’ve imported a few Sketchup Warehouse assets into my models. One unwanted side effect is that it fills the materials panel with dozens of vaguely named materials:
I’ve dragged them all down to the bottom of the panel, but is there some way of creating a folder or ‘sublayer’ type system where I can minimize their visual/organizational footprint in the panel? Even when not using SketchUp assets it would be helpful when working on a model with a lot of my own textures as well.
Generally speaking when working on a Rhino file with lots of materials what are best practices for managing that panel?
