I would like to match the orientation of these tags. The purpose is to use one set as virtual reference while the other is to be engraved on the building material. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a newer version of opennest so I’m not able to operate on your file, but generally speaking you should be able to reverse the transformation that Opennest does, and apply that reverse transformation to the planes on which the label are created, in such a way to find their respective locations on their pre-transform position
something like this, where you have a plane, you move it and apply a label:
then, hiding the original plane, you can inverse the transformation to get the original plane back from the transformed one:
There should be a Transformation output in opennest main component that you can reverse
Too bad you’re using that because it’s completely unnecessary, all the faces are flat.
Simplified in other ways too…
P.S. I’m not sure this is useful but it’s kinda cool? The cyan group creates lines connecting each face’s original location with where it is in the OpenNest output:
They could easily be viewed one at a time… like this (white line):
The teal group aligns the tags vertically at their original locations.
Great, thank you.
Wow, this is amazing, thank you.
