Match command fails used on degree 3 curves with Merge option selected, Continuity Curvature, Preserve other end not set to None in V8 and V9 WIP.
It works correctly without the Merge option selected.
It works correctly if the curve to be changed is degree 5.
It works correctly on degree 3 curve in V7 curve with the Merge option selected. Example file contains V7 results.

Open curve to change: Select the blue curve.
Open curve to match: Select the black curve.
Continuity: Curvature
Preserve other end: Position, Tangency, Curvature (Anything other than None).
Merge option on.

The command fails with no warning. In V7 it completes with the curves merged.
