Manage document user text

Hi,

we want to use document user text to manage important infos like heights for our architectural drawings.

  • is there any possibility to export/manage the content at one single file (like excel or a rhino file)?

  • maybe if it´s set up like a linked block?

  • second is the import
    a worksession import also imports the document user text of the imported file.
    the file is completely messed up…
    is there any workaround to keep the document user text of the main file clean?
