Manage 'Data' Collection not working

When right clicking on a component and selecting manage data collection, nothing happens.

As far as I can tell, this is a known issue. A YT bug item was filed on January 8th about the Manage Number Collection. I now added a comment about manage data collection in the same issue just to be sure:

At long last, this should be fixed in today’s RhinoBETA. Please give it a try.
