Making the lines thicker

I have a matrix done but I don’t want to extrude the lines because it goes in one direction and leave a gap.

Can you add a screenshot for me to understand what are you trying to achieve?

it ends up a bit chappy and not union if I use the command extrude curve @tay.othman

Beautiful work. For the infill panels. I’d use edgesrf command below

You can create a surface using the lines from your structure. Then if you want to make them solids (for union) unit first to join the surfaces using the “join” command.
