Make circles out of points with md slider and gene pool

Hey guys :wink:
Im quite new to Rhino and Grasshopper, so im facing some problems with surfaces and pulling/pushing points on it. I have already created points on the surface and i’m able to pull them with the md slider and gene pool. But what i actually want is, to make circles out of those points and pull that circle. I have already googled it but i was not succesful. I hope there is anybody who can help me.

your question may be too vague for a lot of us. can you not just use the circle component to make the circles?
or do you want the circles to follow that topography? if so you can probably make a surface out of that point cloud and sample those points on that surface. it will give you a normal from which you can make a plane and then the circle
