i want to make a plane from surface.

You are talking about a PLANE but you are actually creating a SURFACE.
If you want just the plane, you already have it when you do the construct plane, maybe you just dont see it because of your settings. Look at the tab DISPLAY>PREVIEW PLANE SIZE and increase the value.
Also, the output F (Frame) is already the plane you are manually constructing with P, U, V.
Otherwise if you want the surface another way could be this:
here you set the x and y domains instead of just a number
