Macro to turn layer ON/OFF

Hi Guys
Im trying to create a aliases that can turn a layer on and off in one go
for example :
RO=layer’red’ turns on
RF=Layer’red’turns off

can someone help me with this? i try to do _sellayer_red but a box jumps out to choose layer instead of choosing it straight away

-Layer Off Red EnterEnd
