M1 Mac unable to upload Aliases

I am unable to upload my rhino 6 aliases document to rhino 7 on my M1 mac.
I can get to the file explorer window, but once I choose and hit open on my aliases document, nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong?

can you post the alias file so we can test it?

Hello- I believe this works now - can you please run SystemInfo in Rhino and Copy/Paste the results here?

Thank you so much, I was able to get it working. I didn’t realize alaises were not accessed through Documentproperties as it is in the PC version

They aren’t.
In Windows Rhino Options command, there are 2 sections; Rhino options, and Document settings.
In Mac Rhino Preferences are the equivalent of Rhino options, and File Settings are the equivalent of Document settings.
