In need of help. Trying to get the squares to be within the surface but on the left and right edges the squares are falling off. The top one is a regular rectangle surface while the bottom one is what I am trying to fix.
passing your curve through a rectangle will work in this particular case
also you could use shrink trimmed surface component from Putterfish before feeding it to the QuadPanel (btw maybe there are several shrink surface Components around, the first one I found in my GH was from Putterfish)
But is there a way so that I can have the notch on the top?
you can filter the result in such a way the panels whose center point does not fall inside the initial curve will be removed, something like this:
