Any insights on what upgrades (if any) I should buy to make this run Rhino 5 (and eventually Rhino 6) best? Looking at adding more RAM, storage, and processor upgrade.

I process large meshes with 18M faces and like to run multiple Rhino sessions. To do this and still leave room for other apps, I recommend getting 64 GB of RAM. You could get by on 32 GB but having 64GB will better future-proof your machine.

For storage, I like the 1TB SSD’s like the Samsung 970 EVO Plus:


These provide very fast read and write speeds with reasonable endurance.

I built my own machine but these are the types of memory products I used.
