Looking for a pause or delay command?

Hi,

I have the problem that during render an animation per DR the next frame is faster started than the spawner is ready. For a quick workaround I would like to add a pause of 3 seconds per tool BongoBonusToolsForEachFrame. Could someone help me please? I have no idea how to add a pause.
