Hi everyone, I am trying to loft these curves to create a continuous surface but am struggling to do so. I have attached a screenshot of pants, I am imagining that the surface would be like the crotch section of a pant. As well as the image of the lofting curves. I don’t even know if lofting will work for this application.
No that’s not a shape that you can “loft” as a single surface–with is basically the answer EVERY TIME you find yourself asking if something can be Lofted, it’s really a lame tool with limited application.
It needs to be made as more than one surface, or it’s the kind of thing that’s a good candidate for subdivision surfaces.

Surfaces are rectangular exactly like textile patch.
You can’t build pants from a single patch exactly like you can’t loft that shape in a single loft.
Hope this help you to improve.
Something like this?
not a loft, its a network surface (sky greenawaldt forgive me)
