Loft between curves and different heights

How can I get a loft between curves but they are in different heights… like a pattern.

That’s great Adam but my goal is to get one peak in z=5, next peak z=0, next peak z=3, next peak z=0, next peak z=2 and another peak z=0… for example and then reapet the sequence
