Can someone please help?. It says my account is “temporally locked” but I can still sign in on the browser but when I try to launch the actual app it takes me to the login back on the browser where I try to log in only for it to say I’m temporally locked out. This loop is so annoying. Any tips?
Have you tried calling Mcneel support? They have always helped me if I had a problem.—-Mark
You Rhino account isn’t currently blocked, but it sounds like you are in some sort of license loop.
Make sure you are on Rhino 6.35.
To reset your license files delete the contents of C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\License Manager\Licenses
I suspect @Japhy is correct.
You are probably running a V6 that is more than 3-years old.
We updated the licensing tools at about SR14 back in April 2019.
We’ve been on SR35 for a year now.
