Lock view rotation

Hi!
I need a side view of my geometry, which is rotated according to the global X and Y, so I can’t use the “Right” view. I created a new view using “Set Camera” → “Orient Camera to Surface”. I would like to lock the rotation with the right mouse button, but not the pan and zoom, just like in the plan views. Is is possible to do in Rhino?

When you have set the camera, use the Plan command to then pan and zoom with the right mouse button.
