Location of Panels in Rhino 4

To turn the mesh wires off in Rhino 5 the path is…Panels/Display/Mesh Wires.(check off). There is no Panels tab in Rhino 4. Can someone here who still uses Rhino 4 tell me how to check off the mesh wires.
