Local buckling?

I am constructing the a stringer-stiffned tubes. I am not really sure about my model because if you see the buckling shape, only one of the stringers is under very high stresses. It seems like the member are not attached together, but i can’t figure which step was wrong.

Could anyone help me to test the model? GH file attached

it seems that your mesh is not entirely connected (the mesh vertices do not match 100%). You can use the IPts input to specific points to include in your mesh.
