Loaded fixed shelves on beam not working as intended

Hello,
I’m trying to make a loaded beam with fixed shelves loaded on their endpoints.

The problem is that when I input more than one load the analysis behaves very strangely see below:

Also the eigen mode advice shows up in the entire process, while I already defined the points in my model, can someone help me with these issues?

Hello,
haven’t looked at the script as it contains 3rd party plug-ins. However make sure there is rotation stiffness around the axial direction of the main beam.
