The focus of the workshop is to create a conceptual design for the residential tower. All stages of this process will be considered, from idea to 3D and BIM modeling. The workshop simulates a situation where it is necessary to present a complete building design within a short timeframe, while the 3D model and the accuracy of the area calculations should be sufficient to apply the results to further detailed design.
