Hi!
I am having a problem with a script that has been successfully uploaded to the library,
1- sometimes the view works and I can see the model with a couple of parameters adjusting the live model properly,
2- when changing certain parameters it only displays the shape diver logo with an error “solving the model took longer than the maximum allowed 10000 msec” or “results for these parameter values can not be displayed.”
3- when changing other parameters either:
- a) it displays only the shape diver logo without the error message and without the live model
- b) it displays the live model with missing geometries and no error message
- c) it displays the live model with missing geometries with an error message “solving the model took longer than the maximum allowed 10000 msec”
