I’m trying to renumber a list of solutions extracted from galapagos simulation. It is supposed to be blocks of three and the numbering to respect the original shapes: aka square 0-1-2 or 1-2-3. No matter what I tried however I can’t seem to achieve the numbering I’m looking for

You may want to save the important portion with internalized data, so that people like me don’t need to install plug ins they don’t have.
I flattened, sorted, and re-structured your data. From your description, I think this is what you wanted.
