Basically, if you don’t close the options dialog you can’t save any changes unfortunately. Makes it impossible to change more than one linetype at a time.

I’m not completely sure what that means. I can make changes to multiple linetypes. When I then close the Rhino Options dialog, those changes are all applied.
If you want to see real-time changes, use the Linetypes panel. You can have this one open while modeling as well.

It’s actually only with the “Width Units” option but it’s still a bug none the less. But I’ll just use the separate linetypes dialog from now on (I didn’t know it existed).
If I open the “options” dialog and go to linetypes:
Basically if you change the “width units” value and then select another linetype the setting reverts (but the other settings I checked retain their changes). So the only way to change the setting is to change it then close the window, then re open it.
