LineType & LineWidth popup windows position

In Rhino 8.1.23325 the popup windows for Print Width and LineType look like they have positions near the top left and change immediately to the center.

I restart the system and it looks like the problem disappears, then it appears again. Just the section style appears smoothly.

Using ComoboBox and attached windows looks better than pop up windows, can the developers change them?

No, the laptop is old (HP 8770w) and no update available from Nvidia
