Lines Don't Stay

I just installed and started the trial version of Rhino 8 (I’ve never used Rhino before). I clicked into the Top view, selected ‘Circle: Center, Radius’ tool, typed 0 to put it in the middle and 16 for 16mm radius. I see the circle on my screen in every view point, but when I hit enter it goes away.

I have tried all the different drawing tools and they all do the same thing. Shows me the points and the lines it will make, but when I complete it they just vanish.

I have not changed any settings and I’m not even sure what to look for to change. I tried googling, but what I found was some suggestions to confirm some things in my Display Mode which are all the default values and what was reocmmended.

I appreciate any advice! Thanks

Have you looked in the display window to see if curves is checked?—-Mark

Yes - it is checked.

Hmm, I thought it would be a first try. Do other things display such as a box or surface?

You will have to get more help than I know. Someone with more knowledge should get you going again.—-Mark

I appreciate the attempt! No, nothing displays. I’ve tried all the tools and they just vanish.

If you put your system info here , then someone will check I am sure of it.

are you picking a start and end point before entering?

I think so? I click circle, I click the center, and then I click where it goes. Then it disappears.

any chance you are using an AMD graphics card?

if so uncheck this

winner winner! I should have came here first. Saved me hours of poor researching. Thank you.
