I have these two curves (Picture 2) and I want to create in grasshopper lines between these curves like in the first picture. Have anyone any idea how i can achieve this? I uploaded the grasshopper file with the curves.
Thanks. Is it possible that in every corner is a line like in the picture? A line that connect both corners and then lines between all these corner lines. I hope you can understand it.
You haven’t defined your objective clear enough, there are many ways to divide the segments of the polyline:
-equal width tiles from the center and smaller at the edges
-equal width tiles from the start and smaller at the end (or the opposite)
-tiles with a width that divides a segment’s length by an integer but they are not exactly the same with the tiles on other segments.
This is the last solution. it looks nice but is not suitable for construction (since you have at least as many tile lengths as the polyline segments)
productivity man!
all the seconds saved from the thousands of times i would have to repeat the same actions (right clicking/ typing/ pressing enter) all those years add up to enough time to respond to your complaints about those productivity tricks.
edit: oh, you also forgot the remove ends you are spoiling our tradition!
I tried to illustrate it better with the following picture. Sorry i am a grasshopper newby, thanks of all your help! Can you understand it better now? What would be your most suitable solution for the construction and problem. My goal is to create a bridgeconstruction.

I made a surface and use isotrim und construct domain to get the lines. Now i have the problem that between the lines are diffrent length. How i get the same length between the lines?
