Line width rotated in Perspective View

A question for the linetype in Perspective view. When I setup a linetype with a certain width, then go to perspective view, the line is a bit rotated.

This is not a big issue, but just feel weird that why it is rotated, or this is a normal behavior? or my line is rotated?

This is normal behavior. Curves are typically drawn in screen space. When the viewing angle moves, the drawing is updated to that new view “cplane”.
