Line tangent 2 curves fails left side two circles

Hi,
Unable to create line tangent two circles left side.

works on right side, but I need left side !

circles were created using tan tan rad to a triangles corners.

all planar created in FRONT view.

clicking very near where line should ’ take’ to the circle.

Yeah - I see it is a little picky - probably because the tangent point is just about the seam point on the upper curve. Try picking a little differently - closer to 8 o’clock on the lower circle and 10 o’clock on the upper one.
