Light to Material

Hello, i would like to create a light-shadow situation on a model using a spotlight or emission.
Then i want to create a material which contains this lights and shadows as color-information. Final result should be a 3D print.
Is this possible in Rhino7 or is there a way around using Substance Painter or Zbrush?
Here is an example where i use a spotlight in Rhino.


Hello- I do not know of a way to do that in Rhino.

Another software can do this called bake lighting; you can use substance painter “Bake lighting filter”
