License servers could not be reached

I try to connect to my account and I get a message saying : License servers could not be reached.
My account is working fine and so is the license.
I have seen the same subject in previous posts but could not find any solution to the problem that worked. Is it going to work out by itself in a few hours? is there anything I do wrong? what can I do to fix this?

Are you running an old V6 Service release?
If so, update your V6 to the current SR to fix the problem.
