License Issue After Latest Software Update - Lands Design

Hello,

After the latest software update, I am experiencing an issue where the license is not working properly. Although the software indicates that it is pulling the license from my cloud license repository, the license is not being activated as expected.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know how to proceed.

please write to us at rhinolands@asuni.com as that’s the best channel to resolve this kind of issues.

Some users solved similar issues by:

  1. changing the license mode to eval and then setting it back to cloud
    or
  2. logging out the Rhino account in the browser (with all Rhino instances closed)
    or
  3. reinstalling Lands Design
