Hi,
a participant in my course cannot retrieve the Lab license from the Rhino webserver. the following error message always appears. I have already reinstalled Rhino and also recreated the invitation link to the license. The error still appears.

I see that an issue that caused this for a small number of users was fixed a few hours ago.

If users are having this issue, the solution is to click
Try Again
and it should work for them.
