Anyone else having issues with the latest Visualarq update? I can 't hide any levels- turning them on and off disables being able to select the objects, but doesnt hide them. And even when i hide the objects, i can still see them- impossible to work with
Hi @sian,
I’m unable to reproduce this error in VisualARQ 1.9.7. Can you send me the 3DM document to visualarq@asuni.com so I can test it here on my computer?
Thanks,
Enric
HI Eric,
Here is the model before and after it corrupted, I reinstalled all the programs only about a month ago so all are up to date. Only other plugin I’m using is vray. This happens on various models at least once a week. here’s the dropbox, thanks,

Hi Sian,
You haven’t shared the DropBox folder, you just send me the link to a folder. Please, share the folder or zip it and send it to me using another service like WeTransfer.
And please, send it to visualarq@asuni.com if you don’t want other Discourse users to access the files.
Thanks,
Enric
Hi Enric,
Sorry about that’s ive shared it to you now. These corruptions tend to happen when I copy and paste lines, blocks or draw lines, they don’t tend to happen when im actually editing bim components. I’ve also noticed the slabs I modelled ages ago suddenly rotate 90degrees for no reason.

Hi @sian,
I’ve checked the corrupted file, and it seem that styles, levels, and other non-geometry objects are fine, so the problem is related to geometry. Are you using copy & paste on the same document, or you are doing copy & paste between documents?
I’ll try to reproduce the problem by doing multiple copy/paste operations. If you have any hint about which curves or blocks do you usually copy, that would be helpful.
This seems like a bug when importing slabs from previous versions of VisualARQ, as slabs have been improved recently. I’ll take a look, I’ll create an slab with a very old version of VisualARQ and try to open it with VisualARQ 1.9.
