Hi everyone ı am trying to model led lights on a shell on a robot. We take inspiration from tesla Cybertruck ı have made 2 design. number one is layer oh clear pla that pop in. number 2 clear pla strip that slide on. how can ı make them lock in each other for water safety. shell will be also 3d printed.

In the farming fields. Rain and splashes mostly
Bear in mind pla won’t last in the sun. The moment it gets too hot with direct sunlight it’s going to deform. Maybe consider laser cut acrylic for the lens and screw in into a recess with an o-ring / seal behind it?
