When using the MoveEdge command on something basic like a box, and moving one edge to another to create a wedge (which removes one face of the box), there is still the leakiness found in V5 where you get a floating plane that you cannot select or modify. Is there any fix for this?
Well, at the current state of affairs, I personally would not execute any modifications using sub-objects (moving faces, edges, vertices, etc.) that remove a face or edge entirely. This generally just doesn’t work… you might try extracting and deleting the face that will disappear first. Then move the edge. But I’m not sure you won’t get a naked edge at that spot anyway.
