Leader using custom arrowhead - Making color of objects NOT by layer

I’m trying to make a leader style where the line color is different from the arrowhead’s. Rhino is overriding the custom leaders arrowhead’s objects and making it whatever color the leader layer’s is.

It should just behave like a block where items inside the block don’t adopt their parent block’s color unless they’re set to byParent (or ByBlock in AutoCAD speak).

Rhino is overriding the custom leaders arrowhead’s objects and making it whatever color the leader layer’s is.

I’ve put a specific feature request for custom arrowheads on the list as RH-90318 Annotation: Color of Custom Arrowhead
