Layout print properties

Hi, trying to use Layout-specific print properties (for example to hide a layer in a specific layout), it seems, that the setting don’t apply to objects inside a detail view.
When I turn on PrintDisplay, the hatches in the layer turn off in the key to my drawing, that id an object directly part of the layout, but the stay turned on in the drawing itself, which is a Detail view.
Is there a way to get this to work as expected, or am I just doing something wrong?

Hi Ivan -

If I’m understanding this correctly, you need to activate the detail(s) and then hide the layer, in addition to doing that with all details on the layout inactive.
