Layout Print is Deleting Random Objects, Adding Extra Lines

Rhino 8 is testing my sanity today… when I go to print a Layout to a vector pdf, some objects are missing. I don’t have those objects locked or hidden. Raster output seems to show the images as they are displayed, but I need vector for my work. The layout on the display looks fine.

I’ve uploaded the pdf here for reference, but the .3dm is too big.
