Layer visibility on details

Hi!

I have been using Rhino for more than 15 years, but I only just started using the Layer Visibility in Detail View feature in the layer panel. I didn’t even know it existed.

However, I have one question: how can I disable the visibility of a new layer in all existing detail views?

I was finishing my project but had to add a new layer for a small detail. This new layer appears in all the detail views I have already created.

The only solution I found is to enter each detail view, disable the layer visibility, and then move to the next detail.

Hi Peace -

That currently requires two steps, using options in the context menu.
First you need to turn the layer on in a selected detail only (unlike what is shown in the following image, the detail doesn’t have to be active) on all layouts. You then have to turn the layer off for that one remaining detail.

Thank’s!
