Has anyone experienced that it is not possible to use the layer properties right-click menu when the layer tab is docked to the UI? It does work now that I undocked it.

I always have my Layer panel in a container that is docked to the right side of the UI and use the right-click properties all the time.
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste its output here.
