Is there an easier way to change an objects layer…
with object selected press a button that moves the object to the selected layer…

Currently you have to select the object, right click layer, select " change object to layer ". It seems very tedious throughout the life of building a model. .

I use Matrix at work and with Matrix all you have to do is highlight the object and click the layer arrow you want the obj moved to. . very easy.

Also, after doing the above, realize that you didn’t have the desired destination layer current and go back and do it all over again.
