Layer name column scrolling pin suggestion

Hi Rhino developers,
I think that the layer name column must be fixed (not affected by the scroller with a pin) otherwise we loose the corresponding other parameters (columns) during the scrolling. For example I have to scroll back and forth to double check the corresponding layer (raw) with the section style column.
