Maybe there is a big problem with rhino layer management in VARQ
I use to mask layers to work on a part of the model, many times when I display it again VARQ objects have desappeared or have been moved…
Problem seems to come from selection
I think it is possible to select objets are not visible…
Hello,
I don’t know if this is the same problem, but the layer state tab works randomly. I mean, sometimes I can see the defined states, sometimes I cannot. But still they are there. Closing and starting Rhino again helps a bit. Also, when there are no visible states (but for sure previously defined) gives a note if I want to overwrite it. Usually I work with 3 or 4 of them, one for modelling others for various printing modes or for various rendering variants. The last option gives another nuisance - sometimes materials assigning is getting messed up… It looks as something wrong could be with layers table…
It’s not easy to reproduce as it is a random behaviour…

Hi @jerry.bakowski,
Those seem to be bugs related to Rhino, as the layer tab and layer states are Rhino features, where VisualARQ is not involved (as far as I know).
Does it fail also when VisualARQ is not loaded?
Thanks,
Enric
Enric,
Frankly, I don’t know, I use VA only. And I don’t have much time to check this… It’s a minor nuisance so I can live with this
