Latest WIP does not start

After trying to open a personal toolbar that had disappeared Rhino9 freezes during startup.
It shows a window that rhino is loading toolbars

@PodoTools can you open up your settings folder, zip up the settings and send that to us for inspection?

%appdata%\mcneel\rhinoceros\9.0\settings

after that, you could rename the folder 9.0 to 9.0-backup and restart rhino to create fresh settings.

Note that I am not suggesting this as the solution but hopefully this can help us finding the issue and get you back up and running.
