Last used commands submenu

How do I “enable context menus” in preferences, in order to see last used commands when I right click Mouse.
I currently see last used one only.

The RMB Context Menu will only show the last used command and the commands that you add to the list(s). To have a list of most-recently-used commands, you can select that option for the MMB:

Ok,
I prefer keep a pop-up of my favourite command on MMB

Is last used command submenu on Right Click a Mac only feature then?
I would like Rhino can behave this way too!
